Came here in 2019 to inquire about flights to Vietnam (VN) and VN VISA. I did not feel obligated at all to purchase. They did the VN VISA for me in a timely manner. Then COVID hit, so trip was suspended. I just spoke with them again, this time I'll need VISAs for my two children and my significant other (SO). I received all necessary information including costs, timelines, etc. Since my SO and I aren't married, he'll get an e-VISA instead. I went to another travel agent, and they quoted me $50 more than this place and wasn't as helpful. Will definitely be using Happy 97 Travel for future travel.
